Ms. Sharmada

Ms. Sharmada, Audiologist and speech & language pathologist.She has completed her bachelors (B.Sc) in speech and hearing from JSSISH (Mysore University) and her Masters (M.Sc) in Audiology from the University of Southampton, UK.She has worked as Band 5 audiologist at the University Hospitals Bristol, UK and later on returned to India to continue her audiological practice. She has now been working with HearFon Systems Pvt Ltd for the past 5 months. She has completed her dissertation work on the “Effects of change in length and quality of the speech stimuli on cortical responses”, as part of her Masters course.Adding on to her academic details, She has attended several national and international conferences across India and also presented research papers (poster and oral) in the same.Adding on to this, few journals have also been published in national and international Journals.Audiological assessment and audiological rehabilitation for both paediatric and adult population being her major areas of interest, Speech, language and communication assessment and rehabilitation also add to her interests.
